Photography

I love, love, love taking pictures. In another life, I would absolutely be a photographer. I got a Canon Digital Rebel XTi (a digital SLR - single reflex lens) just before Christmas last year, and have been using the heck out of it. I have taken some pretty good shots, if I do say so myself. But in the past few months, I've started to get into the art after the art - Photoshop! Now, I have an old version, but I'm really figuring out how to correctly contrast, sharpen, brighten, etc. What I can't do, yet (my version isn't really good enough... or I don't have the necessary patience, one or the other!) is what a friend did for me.
